  • I would like a jewel in white gold but I can't find it among the options.
    We have chosen to include only yellow gold and sometimes for some products also rose gold in the options because white gold has a longer manufacturing process. But don't worry: it's just a choice of stock, contact us to have your jewel made in white gold!
  • Can I have a letter engraved?
    Sure, but that's not all: you can have a letter, a number, a sentence, a symbol engraved... We love customisations. Contact us to discuss your idea with us and turn it into a wonderful jewel.
  • I saw a unique piece that I would like, but it's not my size/color/stone, what can I do?
    Don't worry, we are a laboratory and we are proud of it. Contact us and let us know what your wish is. It will be a reality before you even know it!
  • I have a jewel in mind, can you help me?
    With pleasure. We are happy to help you.
  • I can't find my size
    If you need a different size, let us know and we will make it for you. PS. If you are uncertain about which size ring to buy, find out on our “Size guide”.
  • What material are your jewels in?
    The jewels that come out of our laboratory, and are in solid gold, 18k gold and precious stones.
  • How can I request a repair?
    You have two options: look for a local goldsmith and contact them or contact us. We recommend the former for a simple reason: 18k gold is very common in Italy, it is the gold with which most laboratories work. You won't struggle to find someone who can repair your jewel and who knows, maybe you'll discover a wonderful shop that you didn't know about before. If instead you choose to rely on us, send us an email with photos of the jewel and a description of the necessary repair. We will get back to you as soon as possible for the repair procedure. Please note that the shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • How can I pay?
    In three ways: by bank transfer, debit/credit card and PayPal. To pay with Paypal you will not need to create a PayPal account, just use your card!
